Each ward in the borough has three councillors who are elected to represent us and work on our behalf. You can find the contact details for your three ward councillors here. Please contact all three of them by email or phone to register your dissatisfaction with the health suite saga. Give them a week to reply and chase up if you don’t get a reply.

File a Formal Complaint
We encourage people to file a formal complaint on the Richmond Council website about the way this matter has been handled. Choose “Sports” as the department and follow the instructions. You should receive a response within 20 working days.
